The start activity, we come and find out what is going on and build a relationship with you.  We will engage with your team, do a full paper based organisation breakdown exercise and identify areas working well and areas for improvement.  We will build a full picture and produce a report with observations and recommendations.

This is a 3 day intervention (we can shorten or lengthen it depending on your needs) which engages your selected team members in the basics of project leadership.  Asking the seemingly obvious questions, having the confidence to speak up and to work together as a team.  We find projects almost always fail due to stakeholder management.  This workshop will get your team talking.  it is amazing how many business opportunities have come out of these workshops with the whole team together, in a learning environment being creative and asking the "obvious" questions.  This intervention can be tailored to suit your organisation.
